Health care & personal care at home
A home health and private duty/personal assistance agency near Denver, Colorado, CovenantCare at Home responds to the changing face of health care with a full range of home health services that include Medicare-certified skilled nursing, personal care and companionship.
For the past three years, CovenantCare at Home has been named one of the country’s top 25 percent of the Home Care Elite agencies.
Health care services you receive can be paid for on a private pay basis as the services are provided.
Medicare Part A covers the cost of skilled care in a Skilled Nursing facility for a limited time. The Medicare benefit covers 100% of the cost of skilled care for up to the first 20 days.
If skilled care is still required for 21-100 days (or any portion thereof), there is a daily coinsurance payment. (Medigap Coverage or Long-Term Care insurance may be able to cover this.)
Medigap insurance, which is sold through private insurance companies, helps pay for costs that Medicare doesn’t cover, such as co-pays and deductibles.
Long-Term Care insurance can help pay for nursing home care. This insurance may also cover the cost of in-home care, adult day care, assisted living and services provided in continuing care communities. The amount of coverage and the eligibility requirements may differ. If your loved one has a policy, read it carefully.

I am very pleased with the care that I received. It's top notch. I came for physical therapy, but it's the total care I received. Therapy staff are excellent, a step above. I have had outpatient therapy that didn't come close.
After two and a half years of hospice care at home, clearly, I could no longer give my dying husband the care he needed. Our whole family is immeasurably grateful he could finish his last three weeks of life in the skilled nursing unit of Covenant Retirement Village of Colorado where the nurses and staff clearly LOVE the patients they care for.
Covenant is a relief to my children. They know that I am well cared for and can relax and just visit me. I have made such great friendships, everybody is so friendly.
I love all the games and activities. They have puzzles out all the time that I can work on. The caregivers are friendly and take good care of me. I even found out one of them went to the same camp as I did in Estes Park! I have many friends.
I would like to thank Covenant Village of Colorado (CVC) for the excellent care provided during my recent rehabilitation at the Health Care Center. From July 18, 2014 through August 14, 2014. This was the result of a major back surgery.
The dedication of the staff was truly remarkable in their dedication to the residents in their care. The efforts of the therapy department was particularly helpful. I arrived at CVC in a whieelchair and left 18 days later walking with little help with a walker. I had physical speech and occupational therapists working with me while here. I have lived in Colorado for nine years residing in independent living. I moved to CVC to have the availability of all senior services for the rest of my life. With this latest rehabilitation experience, I am totally convinced that I did the right thing 9 years ago when moving here.
